Paris Olympic - AR Interactive
Comcast are proud sponsor of the Olympic. Worked with Xfinity Retail team to design Xfinity's in-store augmented reality experience to showcase Team USA athletes in action. Customers will uncover a Xfinity branded passport booklet featuring eight Olympic and Paralympic athletes that can be brought to life through their mobile phone by simply scan a QR code to begin the AR experience. In the end of the experience customers can download Xfinity Stream app to watch their favorite athletes compete at the Paris Olympic Games. Each athletes were volumetric captured to create 3D model of the athletes and their movements.
My role was create art direction for the VFX, visual design, motion design and 3D animation to bring Team USA athletes come to life.
